Dear Homeowners,
At our most recent Annual Homeowner Meeting held November 9, 2017, the following matters were presented and discussed. Unfortunately, again we did not have a quorum of 39 homes represented at the meeting so no “official” business could be conducted, or votes taken.
Financial Results:
The board presented a budget that does not require a change in our annual dues. Election: Dave Brightman had completed his term on the HOA. We would like to thank Dave for his time. Vicki Helfrey has been appointed the new trustee for a three year term.
Ponds & Waterfalls:
We are in the process of having the upper pond control panel replaced/repaired and that should correct the issues with the uppermost pond fountains. We are also in the process of having one of the waterfall pump motors repaired.
Landscaping:
Wynncrest is using a new landscaping company, Bloom Landscaping, for the common areas.
Also, please pick up your pet’s waste and do not leave it in your neighbor’s yards.
