Dear Homeowners,
At our most recent Annual Homeowner Meeting held November 10, 2016, the following matters were presented and discussed. Unfortunately, again we did not have a quorum of 39 homes represented at the meeting (31 lots were represented), so no “official” business could be conducted, or votes taken.
Financial Results
The board presented a budget that does not require a change in our annual dues.
Well Pump
This summer, the well that supplies water to the irrigation system for the common ground around the lakes as well as the Wynncrest Falls entrance failed. It has been repaired and is working properly.
Election
Bob Warren has decided to step down as president of the HOA. We would like to thank Bob for his tireless efforts to keep our subdivision on the right path. Scott Bierman has been appointed the new trustee for a three year term. We welcome Scott and wish him good luck.
Streets
Since winter is upon us, remember if you have any issues regarding snow removal on the streets, please call the City of Wildwood (636-458-0440). The City is responsible for the streets and sidewalks in Wynncrest.
Directories
Over the last year, we have updated our database with information you, the homeowners provided and have created a new neighborhood directory. There will be a box at the mailbox of 16212 Wynncrest Ridge Court from December 17 – December 23, 2016 for you to pick up your directory. Please sign the paper inside the box so we know who has received their directory. There is only One directory per household.
