ANNUAL MEETING NOTICE

The annual meeting is an opportunity to learn what activities have occurred with your neighborhood association, approve the next year’s budget, and elect trustees to your board.
Unfortunately, for the past two years we have not had enough homeowners in attendance to reach a quorum which presents a problem to your Board of Trustees in that no “official” business can be conducted at the annual meeting with a vote of the homeowners. This results in the Board conducting HOA business without a “vote of approval” by the homeowners. Trustees are “appointed” by the remaining trustees, the budget is accepted by the trustees as is other business. It is important for you to attend or nominate another homeowner to represent you by filling out the attached proxy.
The meeting is to benefit the homeowners and to discuss progress during the current year as well as to discuss issues we may now face. We will present where the association stands on current year expenditures, propose a budget for the next year, elect one new trustee, provide an update on the waterfalls and ponds, and discuss any common problems.
Please come to the meeting or nominate another homeowner to represent you by filling out the attached proxy and mailing it to the address below prior to the meeting.
