By now you have received via mail the notice of our annual homeowners’ meeting to be held November 18, 2009, at 7:00 PM, at the Daniel Boone Library on Clarkson Road. We encourage you to attend this important meeting.

The following items will be presented at the meeting:

-Election to the Board of Trustees

-Review of ’09 financial results

-Presentation of ’09 progress on common ground

-Status of The Jones Company building on remaining lots in Phase V

-Status of Monterey Custom Homes building on remaining lot in Phase III

-Presentation of 2010 budget for approval

-Presentation by Joe Vujnich, Director of Planning and Parks, City of Wildwood
Results of the engineering study of the ponds and waterfalls
Plan for corrective action

-Presentation by Robert Epstein, Esquire, Counsel for Wynncrest HOA
Status of legal issues

There will be time allowed at the end of presentations for questions and comments regarding your homeowners association.
